AskHomepedia.com was started to provide a single source of information and knowledge for home owners, real estate agents, repairman and the public in general.

Being a property inspector since 2000, I have been asked countless times if I can give a description of what needed to be done to correct an item I described within a report. To this date, I still get calls from servicemen all over that need to know how to get something done in a house I’ve inspected. Even though they are professionals or licensed, they still don’t know how to get things done right or don’t know how they are supposed to be.

Home owners and real estate agents as well. A lot of times agents call asking me to explain an issue more in detail so they can explain it to their clients. As you can imagine, throughout the years, I have amassed a library of information that some how needs to be available for those that need it. Thus, AskHompedia.com was created.

In AskHomepedia.com, the end user can find an answer to their “home issue” related question. With additional information that an inspector for instance, would not be able to write in his/her report.
